The Cameron Kinney Lofts is one of the last pieces of the River Lofts at Tobacco Row development. Comprised of two 1870's buildings, The Cameron and The Kinney, were existing communities that were added to the River Lofts collection. The loft apartments are more traditional in design and layout than the other River Lofts.
After purchasing the buildings, Forest City has launched a major renovation project to bring them in line with the other communities.
