Aberdeen is a residential community located on the east side of Cuyahoga County. Stonewater, a semi-private championship golf course, separates the 10 separate residential parcels. When completed, Aberdeen will feature 744 residential units. All of the residential parcels are planned and under contract. Approximately 500 units are now completed and occupied. There are a variety of home styles including traditional single-family, attached and detached cluster units. The community building, swimming pool and tennis courts were completed in December 1998.
